<p>I&#8217;m falling off the wagon something feirce as things get more hectic as finals draw near, the ever looming reality of the shift in my entire life with graduation&#8230; I wonder if putting the time deadline on my goal is only adding to the multitude of deadlines I have breathing down my neck, the stress is mounting: To finish my term papers, to paint my final project, to pass my finals, to graduate, to move back to the states, to get a job&#8230; and also, to lose the weight by July&#8230; I&#8217;m not sure I can handle it to be honest.</p>
<p>To be completely honest, I don&#8217;t even like to vocalize (textualize?) such things, its negative thinking, and get me no where.</p>

<p>No more sugar. Must think positive. I can do this.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I went to my second Weight Watchers meeting yesterday. I&#8217;d been pretty damn good all week, tracked my points for 5 days, which is frankly a miracle for me, because I HAAAAATE tracking, so 5 out of 7 days was pretty good. When I weighed in at the meeting though, I&#8217;d only lost .4 of a pound. Honestly that is a bit disheartening, to have worked so hard and see almost no result. They told me I needed to work harder to eat all my points too, since I&#8217;m having trouble actually eating them all.</p>
<p>Its a lot more food than I&#8217;m used to, to be honest. Its all healthy, a lot more fruit and veggies, but I feel like I&#8217;m eating non-stop all day, in order to get there. I&#8217;m allowed 27 points right now, which is a freaking LOT of food if you aren&#8217;t eating junk.</p>
<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m feeling discouraged, so I&#8217;m posting here in hopes it&#8217;ll perk me back up. I know its only been a week back on Weight Watchers, but its been almost a month since I started watching what I eat, and I&#8217;m still not seeing much of a difference. I&#8217;m thinking I&#8217;m pretty much not going to make my goal right now. I know, its terrible to have such negative thinking, but sometimes you just can&#8217;t help it. I suppose venting about it on here is a better way to handle it than falling off the wagon, and going to buy a cake.</p>
<p>I really need to start running in the mornings, I think that will help a lot. I can&#8217;t seem to get that umph needed to go for a jog. I posted on craigs list a few weeks ago looking for a running buddy, but only got a response from a guy who was clearly looking for a girlfriend, and I&#8217;m sorry when I&#8217;m running, and sweaty, and red faced, and panting because I&#8217;m totally out of shape, and over all feeling pretty damn gross, I don&#8217;t really want some guy being there who only showed up because he was hoping to get some action. Sorry to sink your Cheerio there Dude.</p>
<p>Anyway, its one of those Downer Days at the moment. Blergh.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So getting sick really messed me up for a while, slowed me down in my work out routine because it was threatening to move to my lungs, so I didn&#8217;t want to work up a sweat. In the mean time, I&#8217;ve restarted Weight Watchers. I&#8217;m debating if I want to change my weight to their numbers from now on, or keep using my WiiFit as my scale. Neither are really as accurate as I&#8217;d like to be because of a few reason which I will now, in typical blogger style, expound upon&#8230;</p>
<p>The Wii asks you to guess how much your clothes weigh&#8230; I kinda don&#8217;t have a clue how much my clothes weigh, it seems very generalized, and of course I could just weigh myself naked on the Wii, but its set up right next to my slider out to the balcony. Sure I have the binds drawn, but I&#8217;m paranoid&#8230; plus there is something inherently odd to me about the concept of playing the Wii Naked&#8230; there is probably some internet fetish on it though&#8230; I&#8217;m going to stop contemplating that now, as it weirds me out, feel free to continue on your own if you so wish.</p>
<p>In contrast, at WW I&#8217;m usually wearing heavy jeans and I&#8217;ve had breakfast and hopefully drank at 32 oz of water. Meaning, just living has added some weight, and the number at WW is always higher than the number on the Wii, lol&#8230; vanity, I know&#8230; so I dunno, anyone have thoughts or opinions?</p>
<p>Anyway, onwards to the measurements for this week&#8230; like I said, getting sick slowed me down.</p>
<p><strong>Weight:</strong> 199lbs/90.5kg (WOO, 100 club!)</p>
<p><strong>BMI:</strong> 34.18</p>
<p><strong>Arm:</strong> 15&#8243;</p>
<p><strong>Bust:</strong> 44&#8243;</p>
<p><strong>Waist: </strong>37.6&#8243;</p>
<p><strong>Hips:</strong> 49.5&#8243;</p>
<p><strong>Thigh:</strong> 28.5&#8243;</p>
<p>So, in general, a small loss everywhere, which is a pretty good victory for taking a whole week do to nothing but laying in bed sneezing. The goal for this week is to really track everything I eat, and keep tabs on my WW points. I really feel like not tracking last time I went to WW is why I didn&#8217;t lose any weight. This time, I&#8217;m gonna do it right.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>God, I&#8217;ve been so unproductive today&#8230;  though one goal I&#8217;m actually achieving is to go to bed on time and wake up early every day, which is nice&#8230; now to just get up and go DO what I need to DO. So, this is the first step in checking things off my To Do List&#8230; posting my measurements, since yesterday I said I would.</p>
<p>Arm: 15.2&#8243;</p>
<p>Bust: 44.5&#8243;</p>
<p>Waist: 38.5&#8243;</p>
<p>Hips: 49.5&#8243;</p>
<p>So&#8230; the results are a bit confusing, imo. I&#8217;ve done pretty well, considering the results are only one week. Though, I am kinda boggled by the .5&#8243; increase in my hips&#8230; how do I lose everywhere but gain there&#8230; am I going to turn into a pear? Maybe its the yoga I&#8217;ve been doing? It focuses mainly on minimizing waist, but tones the hips a lot, maybe muscle gain is making the mass more? I dunno&#8230; Honestly, I don&#8217;t mind having a bit of a ghetto booty, but I&#8217;d like it to be in proportion.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I forgot to post this yesterday, cuz I was T3H MEGA-BUSY. (scientific term)</p>
<p>Annnnywho, I&#8217;ve decided that since my fist entry was last Monday, that Mondays will be my weight check in day. (This will also keep me behaving over the weekend, ell oh ell groan.)</p>
<p><strong>Weight:</strong> 200lbs/91kg</p>
<p><strong>BMI:</strong> 34.25</p>
<p>*squeak* Close to the 100-club. I&#8217;ll throw my measurements up tomorrow morning, I don&#8217;t really like to do measurements half way into the day.</p>
<p>Oh and for those of you wondering why I put kg on here, because even Canadians use pounds for body weight (though not for deli things, humm) its because for some odd reason, Nintendo has decided that unless you have your Wii set to the country you&#8217;re actually in, you can&#8217;t access the news on the news channel. So I set my Wii to Canada, which gave me an odd side affect, the inability to have things NOT be in metric&#8230; So I know Celsius, and Kilometers, guess its time to learn Kilograms&#8230; 6 years late. Epic.</p>
<p>In other news&#8230; I&#8217;m sending an open letter to the Weather Gods of the Greater Vancouver Area: Please stop making mornings so wet and overcast. In other news, I really need to get on the motivation train to run no matter what the weather. I&#8217;ve been doing about 35 min on the Wii fit every day: Yoga, Calisthenics, and a bit of Cardio&#8230; but I don&#8217;t feel its enough, and its so icky out that I haven&#8217;t had the gumption to go running yet&#8230;. blegh&#8230; need to run&#8230; running tones me up really fast.</p>

Well, not completely sold out, but the only days left are Thursday and Sunday&#8230; on top of that I&#8217;d have to buy the tickets now, and really&#8230; that kind of defeats the purpose to get the goal before you actually reach it. So, the new goal is BlizzCon!!</p>
<p>My logic goes like this: Blizzcon tickets don&#8217;t go on sale for quite a while yet, and the location hasn&#8217;t been officially announced, though the main rumor is that it will be held in Las Vegas&#8230; and really, is there any better place to go as a reward to yourself than Sin City? I think not, my little babushkas.</p>

<p>Yeah, its from Weight Watchers, I&#8217;ve decided to go back to WW. I did it sporadically last year, and didn&#8217;t really have that much affect, mainly because I didn&#8217;t track my intake, like a <a href="http://unrealrealities.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/260506-nub.jpg">nub.</a> So yeah, that one is my own dang fault&#8230; but also I figure that while, yes, I have April being The Nutrition Guru Supreme, it would be helpful to have a little extra support, and what not. I also bought the book because I find a lot of the time that I&#8217;m eating poorly is because I&#8217;m at a loss for simple ideas. I don&#8217;t WANT to have to turn meals into a production, its bad enough living in a tiny studio with no dishwasher. Literally, every time I cook something, I have a sink-full of dishes. Its never ending, which is stressful to be completely honest. It feels like the second I get my kitchen clean, I&#8217;m right there replacing the mess with a new one. I swear, next apartment, a dishwasher is MANDATORY&#8230; now exactly what a <a href="http://www.fotosearch.com/FSA018/x37402880/">dishwashing appliance</a> is, would be up for debate&#8230; it could be <a href="http://www.sears.ca/catalog/dishwashers/1700083">giant thing purchased most likely at Sears</a>, OR, I dunno&#8230; a <a href="http://www.monkeyhelpers.org/">Helper Monkey</a>, either way, if it keeps the dishes out of the sink, I&#8217;m happy.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, this eating enough per-day is actually a lot harder than I thought it would be&#8230; I need to get this under control.</p>
<p>Here is how it goes down:</p>
<p>I wake up around 9 am&#8230; I got a message from Phoe that she couldn&#8217;t go running today, so I did 25 min of yoga and what-not on the wii fit, showered, got dressed, checked my mail&#8230; by the time I was done with all that I finally got hungry, it was about 11:30&#8230; so, thats almost lunch time. I had one egg, cup of milk, two slices of whole wheat toast with a itty bit of butter, and a nice big pear. Did some chores around the house for a while, read some homework, etc&#8230; by the time I was hungry again, its 4:30&#8230; I keep getting hungry RIGHT before the normal meal time. I decide to make some &#8220;lunch&#8221; steam up some veggies (brusselsprouts, broccoli, and 2 small potatoes) and toss it on some lemon herb CousCous. It was purty tasty. But then I don&#8217;t get hungry again until almost 7:00&#8230; I don&#8217;t like to eat past 7, but I find myself doing it far too often. So I had a cup of cereal with half a cup of milk&#8230;. still hungry&#8230; over my grain count&#8230; ignore it until I have a stomach ache, and finally cave and have another cup of cereal with yogurt on it.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m no where NEAR my fruit/veggie intake I&#8217;m WAY over my grain intake because of the extra cereal, missing a serving of protein, and one over on serving of Dairy&#8230; yogurt counts as a Dairy, right? I have no idea&#8230; this is frustrating&#8230; argh ragh grrr. I&#8217;m so moody right now, and I&#8217;m still freaking hungry. /peeved</p>
