It says that women should exercise for an hour a day, seven days a week to maintain their weight… *sigh* I’m lucky if I get in 30 min… negative negative negative… thats all I can seem to think about… negative things.

Actually, that includes (according to all my textbooks, etc) ALL exercise you do per day, like walking around your apartment, walking up and down stairs, housework, walking down the street. Don’t panic!
