Eating

So, this eating enough per-day is actually a lot harder than I thought it would be… I need to get this under control.

Here is how it goes down:

I wake up around 9 am… I got a message from Phoe that she couldn’t go running today, so I did 25 min of yoga and what-not on the wii fit, showered, got dressed, checked my mail… by the time I was done with all that I finally got hungry, it was about 11:30… so, thats almost lunch time. I had one egg, cup of milk, two slices of whole wheat toast with a itty bit of butter, and a nice big pear. Did some chores around the house for a while, read some homework, etc… by the time I was hungry again, its 4:30… I keep getting hungry RIGHT before the normal meal time. I decide to make some “lunch” steam up some veggies (brusselsprouts, broccoli, and 2 small potatoes) and toss it on some lemon herb CousCous. It was purty tasty. But then I don’t get hungry again until almost 7:00… I don’t like to eat past 7, but I find myself doing it far too often. So I had a cup of cereal with half a cup of milk…. still hungry… over my grain count… ignore it until I have a stomach ache, and finally cave and have another cup of cereal with yogurt on it.

So, I’m no where NEAR my fruit/veggie intake I’m WAY over my grain intake because of the extra cereal, missing a serving of protein, and one over on serving of Dairy… yogurt counts as a Dairy, right? I have no idea… this is frustrating… argh ragh grrr. I’m so moody right now, and I’m still freaking hungry. /peeved
